Winter Season 2020

Lex in his last Junior event.!!

See the Club News for more info.

Helen, Lana, Cecilie , Rosemary
The women’s team almost caused a boil over against the Carlton Cornwall previous Champion team, losing 11/10...but actually winning 10 of the 15 ends. One ‘big’ end after great drive by their skip made the difference.

We are all really sorry to be saying goodbye to John next week. he has been a wonderful assistant to Paul with the greens and general grounds upkeep...as well as being a great club member. Go well John, we will miss you.

Close games!
With 3 teams, one had a bye each round. The final places depended on the last end of this match to see whether all teams would have had 1 win each and play would continue Sunday. However Linda played a beautiful bowl when one down to take the jack back and ensure her team were outright winners.
